Հիշեցնենք, որ առավոտյան  ԱԱԾ–ն հաղորդել էր, որ մի խումբ զինված անձինք մտել են ՀՀ ոստիկանության պարեկապահակային ծառայության գնդի տարածք և բռնության սպառնալիքով պահում են այնտեղ գտնվողներին։ Վալերի Օսիպյանն ու ոստիկանապետի տեղակալ Վարդան Եղիազարյանը պատանդ են վերցվել և մեկ ոստիկան զոհվել է:
